Terms & Conditions.
1. Refund Policy
Payments made towards any service are non-refundable under normal circumstances.
2. Project Duration

Each project is valid for 1 month from the date of initiation.

The first draft will be shared within a maximum of 5 working days.

Clients must respond promptly to keep the project on schedule.

If no response is received within 1 month, the project will be considered closed. To restart, a new plan with fresh payment is required.
3. Content Provided

Blue Diamond provides original written content through our in-house content writers to avoid copyright issues.

Clients must provide technical details upfront.
-
Shared content must be in a copyable format.
4. Images
-
Images provided by the Company are sourced randomly from the Internet. Blue Diamond is not liable for royalties.

Clients may provide their own images if preferred.
5. Design Concepts

We deliver the best design and creative concepts.

Any client ideas, designs, or opinions must be shared before project initiation.

Changes requested after commencement will attract additional charges.
6. Revisions
-
All revision requests must be sent via email (calls for explanation allowed).

Clients must send all revisions together.

Extra revisions are chargeable:

Below ₹2,999/- projects → 20% of the project value per additional revision.

Above ₹2,449/- projects → 10% per additional revision.

Physical visits for changes are not accepted.
7. Customized Services

Our standard plans suit most businesses.

For fully customized solutions, clients must inform us in advance. A custom quote will be provided.
8. Additional Services
-
Prices for extra services are subject to change and may not match the original quotation. Charges will be applied on a proportionate basis.
9. Payment Terms
-
For invoices below ₹4,449/- → 100% advance payment is required.
-
For higher amounts → 70% advance is required to begin work, with the balance 30% payable before final delivery.
10. Copyright
-
Copyright ownership is transferred to the Client only for the final approved design after full project completion.
11. Portfolio Rights
-
Blue Diamond reserves the right to include completed projects in our portfolio and showcase them on our website or promotional platforms.

Client’s name and logo may be displayed in our client list.
12. Limited Liability

Blue Diamond’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.

The Company is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
13. Project Files
-
Clients must claim all final project files and documents within the project’s validity period.

Blue Diamond is not responsible for unclaimed files once the project is closed.
14. Response Time

General inquiries will be answered within 36 working hours.

Feedback, changes, or revisions will be addressed within 2–4 working days.
15. Client Representative

The client must assign a single representative with one email ID and phone number for all communications.
16. Client Data Submission
-
If clients provide content and images, they must ensure:

Minimum 300 words of content per page.
-
At least 5 usable images per page.
-
17. Third-Party Integrations
-
Blue Diamond is not responsible for third-party integrations unless separate charges are paid for setup and support.
18. Billing & Invoices

An official invoice will be issued for each payment received.
-
Multiple invoices for different months will be maintained as per the payment month records.
19. Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.
20. Agreement Acceptance

By making a payment, the client is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions along the privacy policies stated in the quotation.

Refund Policy.
At Faiz GraphiX, we are committed to delivering the best services and client experience. To uphold our vision, we follow defined standards and procedures that foster smooth collaboration and transparency between the client and our team.

Before initiating any project, we conduct a detailed analysis and discussion with the client to prepare a clear Scope of Work document. This step is essential to avoid misunderstandings, cancellations, reversals, or disputes during the project.

Since significant effort and time are invested in defining and executing the project scope, refunds cannot be issued for work already completed.

If a project is terminated midway, the client will retain complete control of the work completed until that stage. However, any prior payments or deposits made will not be refunded, and no further payments will be required for the unfinished portion.

Once the client approves sample designs and the project progresses into the development phase, payments made become non-refundable.

Partial refunds are not applicable for projects that are in progress.

Cancellations are not permitted for services or offers provided as part of special promotions or limited-time campaigns by our marketing team, as these are non-refundable.

Digital marketing and SEO services are non-refundable. Such services may only be cancelled with a written notice at least 30 days in advance; otherwise, they will be deemed ongoing with applicable charges.

No refunds will be provided for advance deposits or payments made towards projects that remain inactive or dormant without client follow-up.
